This residential development provides a modern front facade with curved white Spanish bricks that add texture and pay homage to the art deco building style in the suburb.
The homes were designed to achieve Liveable House Australia certification. The considered placement of the building on the site allowed for outdoor liveable space well beyond the minimum area required under the planning codes, with one of the homes achieving three times the amount required, whilst not compromising on the internal space.
The efficient design works to maximise natural light with the use of sleek openable louvres, an atrium lightwell and north facing living spaces.
