Club Precedence maximised the value of this site with an innovative design providing two street front and two private laneway properties with their own unique styles.

The two street front properties are elegant in their appearance with lots of character to match the streetscape. The laneway properties are minimalistic in their appearance with a contemporary palette to harmonise with the urban laneway feel. Independent yet complementary, sharing a subtle design language, this approach allows them to be viewed as individual homes rather than a uniform development.

Planning was challenging with the project going before a town hall meeting and development panel, the design team pushed the boundaries to achieve the best outcome for the future residence.
